* Regarding the display of yen/dollar/KRW: if you use Japanese shopping websites such as Yahoo! JAPAN Auction, Mercari, etc.. the amount will be reflected in Japanese Yen, when bidding items from Ebay the amount will be reflected in American Dollars, when buying on the Korean market, the amount will be reflected in Korean KRW.

Standard Plan

Service Fee: 500 JPY / $5 / 5,000 KRW per order

This plan offers a full inspection of your items at our warehouse, and guarantees a refund in the event they are damaged.

If you apply for the standard plan, in the unlikely event that you receive a product of a different size or color, or if there is damage, loss, or a difference in the product.
We will refund the amount based on the coverage set by Buyee.

* Refunds are only available for products that are different, in different quantities, damaged or lost.
* Limited to guarantee application within 14 days from the date of arrival of the package.

Insured Delivery Plan

Service Fee: 500 JPY / $5 / 5,000 KRW per order

When shipping packages, Buyee will in general ship the products purchased by the customer while maintaining the packaging provided by the seller / store.

In rare cases, depending on how the package is handled during transportation, the product may be damaged or lost during transit.
If you apply for a Insured Delivery plan, in the unlikely event that the product is damaged or lost, the amount incurred based on the coverage set by Buyee will be refunded.

* Refunds are only available for items that are damaged or lost.
* Limited to applications within 14 days from the date of arrival of the package.

【Precautions】

  • We do not accept changes after applying for a specific plan.
    We do not accept changes to the plan after applying for the Insured Delivery plan.
  • When products with and without the delivery guarantee plan are shipped together.
    If you ship a product that has a plan applied and a product that has not applied for a plan together, the compensation will be only made for the products arrived for which the plan was applied to.
    International shipping charges and bulk packaging service charges are non-refundable.
  • We do not exchange products.
    For compensation, we will not replace damaged products or prepare the same products due to total loss. As a general rule, Buyee will not give instructions to return the product.
  • When some items in one order (including multiple items) are damaged and arrive.
    The coverage covers only the damaged items and may be refunded at the rate of the damaged quantity.
  • You cannot specify the packing method.
    Products with an Insured Delivery plan will be packed by Buyee according to the packing condition so that the possibility of damage is reduced. We cannot accept additional packing method requests.
    * Some large items and products with special shapes may require the application of "special packing service", in which case a separate fee will be charged.

  • You may not be able to select surface mail when selecting a delivery method.
    Even if you applied for a plan, you may not be able to choose to deliver by sea for some items such as audio equipment, porcelain, and alcoholic beverages that are easily damaged during delivery.
  • Customs duty is not refundable.
    Customs duties are not included in the usage fees for the services provided by Buyee.
    Even if the package you receive is covered by a plan, it will not be refunded.
  • If you pay for the item with Buyee points and get a refund.
    The points used for payment will be returned to your account.

Inspection Plan

Service Fee: 300 JPY / $3 / 3,000 KRW per order

As a general rule, Buyee only checks whether the product purchased by the customer can be shipped internationally when it arrives at the warehouse.

In rare cases, the seller / store may send you items with different sizes, colors, and quantities.
If you apply for an Inspection Plan and the product you received is clearly different from the description / image on the product page, we will refund you based on the coverage set by Buyee.

Check the color, size, quantity, etc.

* Refunds are only available for products that fall under different products or quantities.
* Limited to guarantee application within 14 days from the date of arrival of the luggage.

Examples covered by Inspection Plan

  • We do not check the validity of data-related products, etc.
    We cannot confirm the validity of data related items such as game accounts, electronic files, and download contents, so please refrain from applying for this plan.
  • When some of the items in one order (including multiple items) arrive in a different item or in insufficient quantity
    The coverage covers only the products that correspond to different products and quantities, and refunds may be made at the rate of the quantity.
  • When it is confirmed that the product is defective at the time of checking at the warehouse
    At that time, the amount of money spent on the item will be refunded and the item will be properly disposed of by Buyee.
  • Customs duties are not refundable
    Customs duties are not included in the usage fees for the services provided by Buyee.
    Even if the baggage you receive is covered by the plan, it will not be refunded.
  • If you pay for the item with Buyee points and get a refund
    The points used for payment will be returned to your account.

Lite Plan

In this plan no guarantee is give even if there is a defect in the product.

The following correspondence is not available. Please understand in advance and apply.

  • Refund due to product damage, product difference, quantity difference, or loss.
  • Request to investigate the delivery status of undelivered items and request refund procedure to the delivery company regarding product defects in the delivery process.
  • Contact the seller regarding product defects.
