The shipping here refers to the delivery from the seller to Buyee warehouse. You would still need to pay for shipping fee to ship the package from Buyee warehouse to your address.

The seller will ship the item to Buyee’s warehouse in Japan within this period after the payment is completed.

If this is set as "Yes", the seller sets the restrictions (based on the bidder's review score) of the bidders who can/cannot place bids.
